A Call Girl Movie Review with Nina Ivanisin DVD

A Call Girl movie review with Nina Ivanisin DVD. This is a fantastic piece of film making art, that takes a close look behind the scenes of prostitution. This film will give you a sneek peek into the night of a call girl, that is so realistic and engaging, you won’t be able to look away.

Aleksandra is played by Nina Ivanisin who is a lovely 23 year old attending college from the town of Krsko, where she is learning at the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana. Aleksandra sees an opportunity to make a lot of money from the wealthy businessman and diplomats by selling sex for cash, which allows her to afford a lavish upscale apartment.

When one of Aleksandra’s clients (well-known politician) has a heart attack, her existence turns into a nightmare as she runs for her life. Cops are after her and pimps want to use her to make money. She must now make a decision about what she is going to do with her life. Will she continue on in the dangerous world of prostitution or move back home to her father? Nina Ivanisin’s character will entice you with her beauty, desperation and vulnerability.

At times you may find this movie emotionally disturbing and draining. On a good note, Nina Ivanisin’s character is invitingly irresistible. “A Call Girl” may give you a slightly different and dark experience from what you may be use to watching with today’s world of mainstream Hollywood fodder.  Aleksandra takes you into another life faced with materialism and meaninglessness. Although this film is about a call girl, sex is only a tiny part of the film. The motion picture precisely portrays the distinction between big city and small town life.

This movie is much different then the popular film “Pretty Woman” with Julia Roberts, because it shows the darker side of prostitution without the romance. This independent film does a marvelous job of delving into the struggles and survival of one woman’s life as a call girl. This film may have you think about the old saying, “home is where the heart is.” Get your hands on this independent foreign film today!
